How do I upgrade my phone. My contract has expired for a year now and I wanted to upgrade but it is not giving my the option to. It is saying I am not yet eligible for an upgrade.

I'm not sure why this would happen if you're out of contract.

I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can take a look at your account and help you further.

@Ndidi  If you text UPGRADE to 150 what does is say in the return message? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It says sorry we can not process your request right now try again later.
