Made a contract with EE using their unlimited data, texts, and calls for £14 for the first three months deal, then £28 for the rest of the two year contract. (To begin with, this was not well advertised). Everything was fine in terms of connection but suddenly I saw my bill increase by around 50p, looked into it and found out that it was due to sending a picture via text, whatever not a big deal only 50p, but clear text about this would have been helpful. Then I see that the last few months my phone bill has increased to £34, there was no clear warning about this and after contacting help, it appears to be a normal thing- this was not clearly stated when the change was made. Also why should this be the case when you pick a clear price to begin with. Not happy, wont renew with EE, glad my contract ends in December.

Hi @MASPEY
EE terms and conditions are here and you are told at the time of sale to read them especially if you buy online as you have 14 days to cancel if the contract does not meet your needs.
Any charges outside of your tariff is itemised on your bill. If you want to limit charges set a spend cap:

Thanks
