Hi. I upgraded and ordered a phone for my daughter but I now want to change the plan I chose to a cheaper one. The phone arrives tomorrow can I change the sim plan withiut having to return the phone. ?

@Lianasanneh I doubt it as it’s the whole package including any upfront cost. You’ll need to call customer support to sort this.

Hi @Lianasanneh As @Chris_B Mentioned, you'd need to give us a call so a guide can take a look into what is possible for you.
It's likely that you'd need to either refuse the delivery when the device turns up, or return the product to us, then we can negotiate a plan that better suits your needs.
