I am desperately trying to pay my bill. I have been disconnected because it hasn’t been paid. I have tried to pay by phone and online and it says it exceeds the amount so I keep trying and there is nothing I can do. I can’t seem to call because I have been disconnected

Have you tried chat via the EE app.

You may need to go into store or use another phone to call EE. Other ways to pay are in the above link.
