I have been with EE for 5 years, last year I decided to stop the rolling contract (after the 2 year contract had ended) and chose a cheaper SIM plan.
About a month later I realised I was being charged for both SIMs and contacted EE to cancel the unused SIM (which had a different phone number, I kept mine).
It's been almost a year and I have discovered that I am still being charged for the other SIM which I do not use or need, when I thought all of this was sorted out last year.
Will communication ombudsman be able to help me out with some kind of refund?

@LBettles You first need to call customer support about this to raise the issue. If no resolution can be made you can then make a complaint ( read THIS ) if still no resolution can be made you can request a deadlock and then it’ll be passed to the ombudsman. If you go via the deadlock route you’ll not be able to do anything that’s account related until it’s resolved as this will lock you’re so no changes can be made.
