Final EE Bill

Hi,

My EE account's just been closed as I've switched my mobile number to a different provider, & on the EE website & app there's an option to check my final EE bill, but when I click on it, it only shows up the most recent bill that I paid. Is there another way for me to see my final bill, or would you be able to find it & tell me the amount on here?

You should receive your final bill by post.

Do you know (roughly) how many days (working days if it is that) it will be before it arrives, and with it being by post, do you know how I would need to pay it?

You should still be able to log in and view your bills, including your final one, after disconnection. 

When was it you switched?

We do recommend it takes up to 7 working days for your final bill to be generated.
