Dear Sir or Madam

Many of occasions when contacting ee I expressed that though installing WhatsApp as a personal had told me to do so  for the first time on a mobile phone yes it did work.

But when battery and had gone and call would come through but a message that was on a screen would appear but unable to bypass it to get on the video page it would do this on it own accord.

Then volume would go on it's own message can be sent to WhatsApp but no such reply back from them.

On the day a person had said to get WhatsApp installed then I believe Google meeting should be used but the person said WhatsApp there has been days video would go through but equally days when video was not really working the person who used WhatsApp with his phone was unable to report any failing with WhatsApp so did not really believe the WhatsApp video chat had days it would not allow for me to use it.

Contacted ee to explain the problem to get a different phone that will work but still through receiving this phone WhatsApp would work some days and not others there are also days it would not allow to put though a message on they screen that only allow a none video and voice recording would work some day but other would not.

The A14 Galaxy I had but gone missing it was reported but still they sim number remains on screen of ee app

I believe that they £74 figure on this particular bill is a Monthly payment for A9 Galaxy Tablet I believe there was a call too ee and much was discussed through amounts Monthly payments for A9 Galaxy.

In most cases it would be best if say a person wishes to use ee to get any phone, tablet then not only discuss the price on they phone but send a copy of what you like to sign up to get if at a good price get.

But unsure with price what exactly if there are separate amounts

and Sim but spend Cap is on £0 but believe get arranged to get a Monthly bill cheaper through setting it.

Dear Sir or Madam

On a phone a person had told me to install WhatsApp so it was installed and video chat did go through but then when the phone battery goes completely.

Then it would be fully charged go on WhatsApp and videochat would work

Then on other days would not go through

Contact phone company to get new phone to enable WhatsApp video chat to go through as explain to they agent like to get WhatsApp working without fail.

If video chat did not go through a message disabling they video chat then two voices would be heard

And WhatsApp would also have problems with volume

Explained there are days video chat does not go through the person who also had WhatsApp but did not believe the issue as WhatsApp has really not failed they other person

They other person believed I did not wish to use video chat any longer and through video not going through believe I was not been straight with them when video chat refused to work but this was not they case at all wished to see each other

Hi there @emi381rgnots

Thanks for coming here.

I have read your posts and just want to confirm what has happened, Have you ordered a new phone as WhatsApp was not working on your current device and the new phone was not delivered? Do you have a tablet with us and are paying for both on the same account?

The bill will show a breakdown of what you are paying for in your EE account, including any extra charges that are not included in your plan.

If you could let me know some more details on your query we will certainly see what we can do to help.

Leanne.

Dear Leanne Thank you for your message

Well ordered a new phone as WhatsApp was not working on they current
device. Correct

The new phone was not delivered Incorrect

Do you have a tablet with us? Yes

Are you paying for both on the same account?? No. Tablet paid for direct
debit

Phone that's missing

Used WhatsApp but did not know app well was new to use and first use was
always success got video chat but on some other day video chat did not go
through and usually this would occur through no power and then plugging it
in once fully charged and call a person on WhatsApp or equally a person
calls through WhatsApp go to answer a message on screen that will not allow
to bypass to they videochat would be on they screen.

Had explained originally when speaking with an agent

Like a phone please but if WhatsApp video chat or voice recorder has days
when a video chat could not be received or a voice recorder could not be
sent then the phone would be of no use.

As yes when video chat works great but on others did not

I have to mention the person who wished for video chat was unhappy and
believed that video chat was switched off on purpose but this was not they
case so it was suggested to unistall then install video chat would go
through but still when phone battery completely went then battery charged
then video chat would not go through.

WhatsApp got words sent

Hi @emi381rgnots

Is your SIM PAYG or Pay Monthly contract.

Video calls over WhatsApp will only work over data, that could be EE network data or WiFi, but can be blocked on WiFi or if you have not verified your age/account on WhatsApp.

If you're PAYG then you need to ensure you have sufficient credit and service to use data.

If you need a new SIM then you can obtain one in any EE store or order here: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/getting-started/sim/what-is-a-sim-swap

Thanks

Dear Sir or Madam

Like to know if any ee customer will also read messages and replies as believe messages are read mostly by agent off ee.

That's OK agent of ee should be aware if a customer has problems but it would be great if say customer's of ee were also available to comment.

As believed they ee Community forum was

Dear Sir or Madam

They BT Wifi would allow they search engine when all details get signed in
there is rarely many issues when using this.

WhatsApp videochat did go through but there has been equal days it did not
go through and a message would at fault.

So the community forum say there is a Wifi Blockage it is great agents get
this info as they are then made aware.

But believed when the word community forum is used then a customer would
also be leaving messages so many other customers who use the mobile company
would also contact other customers.

@emi381rgnots , @Northerner  is a customer like you and I would like to say that EE staff are also here to help, please read what @Northerner  has written and reply to it.

Customers will usually only write If they are having the same problem as you and ask questions or search for answers.

I'm glad to know this

And it would be great to speak to any customer you know real positive
feedback on WhatsApp and equally negative feedback.

Sadly though I'm going to say that they negative feedback of WhatsApp would
be of an interest.

It is a great idea a Community Forum and I like to be clear on what should
be left on a Community Forum page.

But if I may add

A community Forum should also cover many other aspects not be limited to
just phones

A Community Forum for apps

@emi381rgnots  this forum isn’t just limited to phones it covers tablets, broadband, mobile broadband and EETV as well as mobile phones and other be airtight of that contract, sim only contracts, pay as you go. Smart watches and any that EE offers.   what it doesn’t do is cover your issues with an app that you are using that has nothing to do with EE.   You might get help with an app but the underlying issues with an app  have nothing to do with EE.

You complain but don’t actually know what this s forum is about and what its purpose is because you haven’t actually took the time to look through the many forum boards
