Extra charges

I have noticed from last two month extra charges €28 of my bill I can't get any details and information of my bill who's the payment can you help me

Resolved! Charged three direct debits this month.

I’m not sure if anyone else is in the same boat but I’ve been charged three direct debits for my sim only deal this month. Is there any reason for this? It should only be £10 a month but three of the same transaction have been taken from my account.

I have been trying to pay my bill for weeks now, it won’t let me as the EE app is playing up, can you help me please as I don’t want to get cut off as this isant my fault
