Cancelling a sim only contract

Hello my son has gone to Australia for 12 months and he’s wanting to cancel his Sim only contract but he’s struggling with connectivity to do this, can i cancel it for him from here in England, if i can what info will i need off my son to do this!

Resolved! Termination of new contract

I visited in store and signed for a new contract 7 days ago , paying £10 more a month but have now seen a deal for only £2 more but more data. Can I stop new contract?

Refund

My data is not working and I’ve been trying to contact you to fix the issue but there was an error that I kept saying getting when I tried to reach out. At the point since I’m not able to use the EE sim I would like a full refund to the credit card

Resolved! Contract ending

My contract is due to end on 26th but my new contract with another provider doesn’t start until 9th. Will I still be able to use my existing number?
