I have noticed from last two month extra charges €28 of my bill I can't get any details and information of my bill who's the payment can you help me

I'd suggest making sure that you've Linked Your EE Products @Muhammad50
If you're still no further forward after trying this, then please call our team directly. They'll be able to review the charges with you and make sure you have access to view bills moving forward.

I know how concerning it is to see additional charges on your bill that you're not expecting.
You'll be able to see any additional charges by downloading your EE bill.
To do this just:
On your mobile: text BILL to 150 for a summary of recent payments
Once logged in, or on the EE app, you can see the date when your Direct Debit will be collected. You'll also be able to view if you have any extra charges for each month.
Plus, you can view and download previous monthly EE bills.
