I'm having an upgrade and am keeping sahe number.  When I receive my new mobile with a new sim do i put new sim in or put my old sim into new phone

Hi @Djamer69

If the SIM is the same size and you did not request a new one then yes use your old SIM.

You can track your order here: https://ee.co.uk/help/orders

I would suggest downloading the DPD app as well becase you will need a pin for the delivery person.

Enjoy your upgrade.

Thanks
