I upgraded on 21 st December but am still waiting for my handset nothing I do will let me get in touch. Am thinking of changing providers with better deals. Any advice?

Don’t hold your breath! I’m still chasing an order from December having had the same messages as yourself. I recommend moving to Vodaphone who care about their customer service. I have been with Ee, formally orange for in excess of 24 years. And they’re just not bothered. My phone has stopped working and I need it as my husband is on end of life care so they need to be able to contact me’ just in case ‘

I'm really concerned to hear about the position this has left you in, awaiting an order shouldn't have any basis on your ability to receive service on your current line.
If you haven't already I'd recommend restarting your phone, and removing and reinserting the SIM can be worth a try too.
Just to be sure too, which model of phone have you ordered here, including the colour and storage version?
I can see you've mentioned a Blue iPhone previously, but we offer quite a few different iPhone models and wait times can vary.
