Hi, i recently ordered a 5g hub and payed the deposit, never recived a order conf email, then the next day i get a hard check on my credit but i forgot to turn off my credit lockon experian, it got denied as they couldn't access it, i missed a phone call from EE and in the voicemail they said they'd be in touch, its been 2 days now and im concerned that my moneys gone and im not getting anything. i havent recived anything since that call or any other credit checks.
