Roam Abroad Pass

Hi,

Prior to travelling to the US, I bought the Roam Abroad Pass in order to use my allowed data in the States. After a week or so, I found that my regular text messages were not working nor my calls and so I called up the EE helpline. The agent changed the pass on my account and my text messages were working after that. Today I received my monthly bill and was surprised to see a further £16 Roaming Pass charge on top of the £25 charge. What has happened here? What can I do to change this? I don’t want a £50 bill come this time next month. Any help is appreciated, thank you!!!

Your billing date fell within your trip. So you were charged for about 20 days before your billing date & the full £25 for the full billing month after. That's how Roam Abroad Pass charging works. It's just a matter of timing!
