Please help…I bought a sim on 25th March with 25GB data and it hasn’t worked and says it’s all been used. I’ve not been able to make one call or a text or use any 4g. thankyou.

Watch upgrade - problem

Question. How to log in to EE chat? The option is so hidden you can't find it. Maybe a link? After buying a new watch, EE forgot to charge me for the previous watch and I overpay for its subscription. thanks for the help.

until a couple days ago it said that I had 125£ as credit in my account, now that my new bill for 123£ has come it doesn’t show anymore but it says I need to pay the bill? If I had credit will it pay with that credit? How can I check if I have credit...

Transferred from BT mobile to EE mobile

My mobile was transferred last year from BT to EE and to my surprise I appear to be on a 24 month Contract until Sept. 25.Can anyone tell me where I can see a copy of my EE Contract online?(I don't remember signing a Contract!?)

Hi all, I'm trying to call EE via 150 but after selecting relevant options I'm told Contact centre is closed. I thought they were open until 8pm. How do I contact please?
