I need to get in touch with EE. Tried phoning, texting nothing works. They don't even ring back

What is EE's email address ? Does anyone know?

Anything we can help you with, there is no email address to contact EE, as not the quickest way to get help.

If you are on monthly contract, you can find live chat by using the EE App and clicking on help.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Jackie2002  When you call customer services select option two and then the next option that’s closest to your issue this will  put you directly through to customer services,  You might need to wait until agent is free to take your call though.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
