Hi there
I currently have a SIM Only phone which is on my Daughter's account with yourselves, has she recently cancelled this as my phone is stating no service, I have removed the SIM and cleaned it but, it's still not working... Please advise?

"No service" can often mean a local loss of coverage rather than being account-specific, do any of your other EE phones have service in the same location?
If the issue is account-specific, your daughter will need to contact EE CS have access to her individual account.
