Hi, I was made redundant from EE back in Dec 2023 and when I left I was transferred over to a £20 SIM only deal.
As I was an employee, I retained a 50% discount so am paying £10 as a monthly charge.
I am thinking of upgrading my handset, but want to know if I will retail my 50% discount and how that works with the handset loan or whether it would just be on the airtime portion or whether I will lose my discount completely.
I know I can call 150 to make sure, but I just don't have the time to spend on the phone at the moment.
Thanks for any assistance
Mark

Hello @Sharky1977.
Thanks for coming here.
Once you leave the company your discount will move to a friends and family discount.
This will be 50% off Sim Only EE pay monthly plans or Airtime Plans when you take an eligible Flex Pay plan from EE.
The plan must have a minimum term of 12 months or more.
Hope this helps,
Katie 🙂
