I am currently on the phone with 150 trying to change my plan to a SIMO after being made redundant on 31/8/2025 I am aware that I will lose my 75% discount and it will drop to a 50% F&F discount as per the terms of Leaving BT on the HR portal, but the person on the phone doesn’t have a clue and is not willing to look at the HR portal to verify this when I know it is correct.
it is making the process very difficult, is there anyone I can speak to directly who has knowledge of this process who can help me please as I’ve been on hold on this call for over 30 minutes and not getting anywhere
