I am a BT employee, recently I applied for a staff discount on my current broadband plan. I am now trying to set up a sim-only plan but have been informed by support that due to having a discount on my broadband - I am ineligible for any other discount on the sim-only plan. Is this accurate? I'm getting mixed messaged from other people.
