I have downloaded my PDF bill via the EE app. However it does not contain a payment slip / barcode so it can be scanned and I can pay it at a post office / pay point.
They said they could send me a bill by post for an extortionate amount of £3 but surely I should have the option to download, print and pay the bill.
I DON’T wish to pay via direct debit etc…
thanks

No, your bill is not an electronic instrument.
You can your bill by cheque at your bank or by an eBank transfer. The necessary EE bank details will be in your bill. Alternatively you may use Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

What a scam! So if I pay £3 they can generate a payment slip but cannot otherwise. The account is my elderly parents who were with BT and had that option. The post office and pay point is at the bottom of their road.
what provisions do they have for these customers they inherited.
shame on you EE. Absolute disgrace.
