I recently changed my phone with EE, at that point I saw that there is a secondary number still on my account - a device from years ago I think. The assistant told me to ring through to cancel it. I can never get through to talk to an operator, is there sny way I can remove the number online?

Unfortunately you will have to ring customer service to get this sorted. I usually find it takes around 10-15 minutes for someone to reply, the most is 30 minutes. You just have to be patient, as they are dealing with customers just like you.
