Hello, I am still being charged monthly for a contract that is finished. I cancelled my direct debit but now my bill is saying I owe money.

When you say the contract finished, does that mean you explicitly gave 30days disconnection notice?

Many people mistakenly refer to the end of their minimum term as "end of contract", whereas service (and the associated contract) continues on a rolling 30days basis after that.

Cancelling your DD doesn't give disconnection notice either.

Hello @Kita268 ,

Welcome to the community,

Contracts do not just finish, if you cancelled your direct debit and did not cancel your contract, EE are perfectly within their rights to demand the money, only the minimum term ends, not the contract. I suggest you ring customer service and speak to them, the only way to get this resolved, nothing we can do here.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
