Subject: Request for Refund – Final Bill After PAC Cancellation
 
Dear EE Customer Services,
 
I recently cancelled our EE mobile contracts by using PAC codes to transfer our numbers.
 
According to EE’s billing process, I understand that a final bill will be generated which may show a credit balance/refund for line rental already paid in advance.
 
We have since cancelled our Direct Debit, so please arrange for any refund to be paid directly into our bank account by bank transfer.
 
If payment cannot be made via bank transfer, please confirm how you will return the balance owed.
 
I would appreciate confirmation by email or letter that this request has been received and that our refund will be processed.

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public internet forum.

My understanding is that if a DD refund fails, then a cheque refund may be issued instead,

I'm trying to contact EE directly. I cannot seem to find anywhere to do that. They pointed me here! Can't message or tweet them as I get a generic reply sending me here. Bit ridiculous really. Thank you

If you cancel a DD no company has anyway to send you money back by bank transfer, since you seem clued up on the process already n idea why you ignored that step in it
