Why have u taken money out now u made me over drawn that I’m going to get charged 7pound a day it’s not due until 28th of every month not happy

I have paid £30 upfront for a 

 Pay monthly phone and then was denied a phone I would like either a different pay monthly pay or a refund of the £30 why you even take a payment then not accept people only should take a payment if the person is accepted

The payment will show as pending, if the new account application has been denied this will go back into your available balance usually within 7 days.
