No live chat option in app

When I go into my app and click on help there is no message us option. I'm trying to change my spend cap and I have followed all the solutions and non of them are there or I get an error. I have tried texting 150 and I just get the same message saying I cannot do this as it would put me over my data cap limit.

Welcome to the community,
If you are on pay as you go, there is no live chat, if on contract, then some of us have found that it has disappeared and reported it and customer service are looking into it.
Have you tried logging in via the website into your account to see if you can do it there?

@Siscoi just to add if you are on PAYG there is no spend cap on PAYG. Spend cap is a feature to set a limit on out of allowance charges, stops you from getting a high bill.
