Itemised Billing Charge

I cancelled the itemised billing charge when I renewed my contract in store in March 2019 and I have just realised it is still coming of my bill.  I only realised as I was having issues with the EE App recognising me as the account holder and had it fixed.

Is there anything I can do as been with EE for over 10 years  and think this is unacceptable?

Hi All,

Well I contacted the Billing Team and the best they offered was £30 which I accepted, but found out it had been charged to my bill since 2014.  Not happy and might look to change supplier when I am out of contract.
