In the past I have contacted EE customer services conveniently through chat and X. However now I do not see any option other than phone. Is there no way to send complaints as a message at our convenient times? I guess this community forum can answer only general questions and not customer specific as it is a public forum.

If you wish to make a complaint you can do so via the webform here: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/complaint/complaint-form
Otherwise if you wish to speak with EE Customer Services you would likely need to call, as some people have reported the Live Chat feature currently being missing from their EE App under the Help section.
