I would appreciate your help
I am frustrated an internal fraud was done on my EE account whereby an iPhone 15 was ordered using my account
I have been calling to resolve the issue since last month but it seems the investigation is taking too long for me
I realized as at today I was told to pay a sum of 207,my account is in debit because I was told to pay for service I did not receive
where is the iPhone 15 they claimed it was dispatch ,My address is different from the address they claimed it was sent it
I am frustrated they need to close the debit on my card and do their private investigation
I have called several times no one is giving me a valid point and response
kindly assist
I have gone to EE office several times no solution they should do the needful

Welcome to the EE Community.
I am sorry to hear this has happened.
It sounds like this is already with our fraud team who will be investigating this further, unfortunately there is no way to speed up this process. If there is a charge on your account for the item which is being investigated I would recommend speaking with our customer care team on 150.
As soon as the fraud department have completed their investigation they will be in touch.
