I placed an iPhone 16Pro max order on the EE website last night, and £30 was deducted from my account. However, I have not received any confirmation email from EE regarding the order.
Today, while trying to check the order status, I accidentally landed on a fraudulent website that appeared to be related to EE. As a result, my EE account password was changed by the scammers. I have since recovered my account, but I am concerned about its security.
I would like to confirm two things:
1. Order Status – Since I am a new EE user, I need to verify whether my order has been successfully placed and processed.
2. Account Security – After regaining access, I provided limited details (such as my date of birth and two previous addresses) on the fraudulent site. Could you please check if any unauthorized orders have been placed under my name? Additionally, I want to ensure that my delivery address remains unchanged and that my existing order is not affected.
I am reaching out to you to ensure that no fraudulent activity occurs on my EE account and that my original order is processed smoothly. Please verify all details from your end and confirm that my account is secure.
Looking forward to your prompt response.

Hi @TahiraAli
Welcome to our community.
I understand your concerns about your order and the security on your account.
We don't have access to your account here on the forum, so I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer care team on 07953 966 150 if you don't have an EE phone to call from yet. They will check this out and take any steps needed to keep your account safe.
