IPhone 13 no order confirmation email

Hi I ordered the IPhone 13 but haven’t received a confirmation email and it’s took the money. But me being time I done it twice so now it’s taken £40 instead of £20 and still no confirmation email. And no way to cancel the one delivery

Yesterday I requested an internet + cell phone plan, but it was not approved, but the amount of 30 pounds was debited from my account, which would refer to the down payment, could you tell me the deadline for this amount to return to the my account?

Resolved! How can I track returns?

I've recently sent a phone back to EE and it got delivered to them today. Is there anyway I am able to track the progress on my return online? I'm desperately wanting to get this sorted so I can order a new phone... I'm phoneless!

Upgrade

I have had a rolling contract since oct 22 and now need to upgrade as my phone is broken. When will i know if my upgrade has been excepted!? The email I received simply said thanks for starting your order.. Thanks

EE phone return 14days

I purchased a new Fold 6 from store on a 3 year finance deal. Can I return it within 14days ? I know there is a diffrence between buying online and in store, although I think the fact that I buy with finance I can return. Can anyone confirm ?
