It’s been 2 working days and I haven’t received anything this is getting silly now

@KianWiles2003 , have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Is this for a device or a sim only contract? If it is a sim only contract, have you checked your app or logged in via the website to see if anything has changed?

Was the order you placed here for a brand new contract, or an upgrade to an existing number? 

Please don't post this publicly too, but did you get an order number starting with XK when you completed checkout?

I honestly can’t remember what it eneed in and it was was for a brand new contract
