Cannot view contact or plan, says currently unavailable

Only been with EE a couple of weeks & already BT cracks are starting show with sneaky hidden charges which I can’t view on my account! What’s going on? Confirms what I already knew about BT & hidden charges!!

All charges outside of your inclusive allowances should be listed on your bill which you can view in the EE app.

Is there a discrepancy between the total shown on your bill and your direct debit payment?
