REQUESTING FOR CANCELLATION OF DATA DEBIT PAYMENT OF DATA

Good Morning,

I took a contract with you which was a direct debit that, every month I will pay 10£ for you to send data to me instead of going to the post office to buy. Just last month (November,2025) I contacted you and alerted you that you should cancel my contract with you and requested that if I owe you, you  should send a link or account details for me pay right away. I also made it clear that, If I need a data I will personally go to the post office to buy the voucher.

As of now, you haven’t given me feedback and you kept telling me I owe you.In view of the above, you have blocked my line for calls and for receiving messages. My question how do you treat your customers?? Frustrating them ??

I’m badly looking forward to expecting your feedback. Thanks

@Fmensah25   if you’re under contract and you want to terminate that contract, then you have to pay off that contract full in one go.    If you had done this you’ll would off been billed the full almost.  Try looking at your EE account,  EE will not send you a link for you to use to open your account.    You don’t seem to understand this is how scammers operate and you want EE to do the exact same thing.

And if you want to speak with customers support you call them,   This is a public forum not customer service.  EE COMMUNITY FORUM.  The clue is in the name.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
