Hello, I just commenced an additional sim-only plan. I am entitled to 3 discounts, as seen in my EE app which will bring down my monthly payment down to £16 from £32. Although, the customer care assistant confirmed this on the phone but my monthly bill on the app appears to be £26. I am still within my cancellation window, and I need to know for sure.

@Mercy_ Provide that additional line wasn’t an already discounted tariff then your discount should apply. You can only have 1 discount on a line
You can call customer support and they can check for you and if it’s not been applied they can apply it for you.
