Upgrade

Hello I did an early upgrade on my phone on the 19th they gave me a discount of £198 on my fee

on the 20th I had a message saying there was a problem so they had to redo my upgrade 

but since then I haven’t heard anything back? I can track it but it’s not giving me any information.

i know it’s near Christmas time so I doubt I will get my phone this side of Christmas
