EE's contracts do include an annual inflation-linked price rise around April of each year. In common with many other providers.

Hi there @Debbieneeson
Thanks for coming to the community.
When did the contract increase? Do you have a mobile or broadband contract?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price, subject to annual increase, on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
