Never had such a poor experience, tried adding 4 additional lines to my account on-line on the 13th of Feb.
Had phone ee after receiving an email saying I need to speak to them. Advisor had to redo all my requests over the phone. Few days went passed only to discover all additional lines created where for data sims only not what I asked for . I asked for 25gb data unlimited texts and calls
They couldn't change the data sims so we had to cancel all additional lines and start again 3 days passed 2 lines cancelled the 3rd still active as they managed to change this line. Trouble was they charged me full price £24 without existing customer discount and couldn't amend the price over the phone so again I had to request them to cancel so we could start again. Still didn't stop them charging me in my bill even though I hadnt activated or used this Line.
Raised 3 new line requests on 23rd of Feb 1 goes through worked straight away the other 2 I had to spend 1 hour on the phone trying to get sorted, got told all went through and that they would phone me at 1030hrs on the 24th to amend my bill never happened so I phoned only to be told the 2 additional lines are stuck and need to be cancelled and requested again.
Logged a complaint twice and on both occasions got a text after the call saying my complaint was now closed.
I sill haven't received confirmation that the 2 extra lines have gone through and still waiting for another department to action my cancellation request on the 4th line so I can reorder a new line.
I have wasted at least 4 hours on the phone trying to sort what should be a simple tasks out.
I am moving my family from sky to EE but its so painful. With sky I was literally sorted with a click of a button no issues quick and easy.
Complaints are logged and closed within minutes of being raised.
If your requests goes through online it works quickly as expected but the moment you get pushed through to calling them it all goes wrong and takes forever to sort with lots of phone calls.
Wishing I never came over to EE, best mobile provider in the uk, no chance if you have a problem.
Hoping by the end of the week every is sorted but not holding my breath by this Thursday 27th it will be 2 weeks and only managed to get 1 additional line sorted.
