I have a sim only contract at £9.99 a month so why does it say £15.99?

It's a pretty old account a basic one which is fine for me, and apparently I have just finished a 24 month contract.  I have £3 discount from the latest bill.  I have a 1GB add on £7.36 a month.

You'll need to consider if your discount still applies after your minimum contract term expires. 

Plus you'll have at least 2 annual price changes.
