Resolved! Phone line cancellation

Hi, how long does it take for the phone line to be disconnected and I'm assuming the plan for the cancelled phone line is removed from my account when my next bill arrives

The past Bill

My ee mobile just ended on 9 Aug 2024.Today, I want to download the bill from ee website. However, I cannot find my bill. How can I get back my past bill as my record, please?

Extra Charges

I have six extra charges of 20p for emailing mail2@virginmediao2.co.uk??the charges give me no other information other than this. I rang EE and they said they were 3rd party charges?? How am I getting charged for emails?
