So currently have mobile wifi that turns out is not what I should have got so ordered a new sim contract via CS as wanted to try and get an esim which isn't possible apparently as not been with EE for 6months or more. So I believe I have signed up to a new contract but haven't had any sort of email confirming it. Can it take time to arrive?

I'm sorry to hear you've been on the wrong plan for your needs, but it's great to hear that this is sorted for you now. Did the team confirm your email address when you placed your order, as we would expect you to receive your confirmation email within an hour.

Thanks for the reply, I've just rung CS sales team and it seems that the lady I spoke to earlier forgot to complete the process so gonna order online least O know if something is done wrong it's on me.
