New contract

Hi,

 

I've tried to take out a new contract with EE. I checked out. The upfront payment was taken. But haven't received confirmation email and as the screen loaded upon completion it froze. 

Money has been debited from my account. I'm just wondering if my order was successful. I have no order number or tracking information to track order. 

 

Anyone know if its not unusual to receive an email? Or is this the case when orders are declined.
