Hi @aidanmacgregor

Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear your services have been restricted while waiting to make payment.

Our Payment & Collections team will be able to have a look to see if it's possible to reconnect your services until you clear the remainder.
If you know you may be making a partial late payment in the future, you can always call the team in advance to see if they can keep your services active in the mean time.

Have a look at our Managing Missed Payment page for more information and how to contact the team.

Hope this helps!

Comparing different network operators in how they handle late payments is certainly an interesting angle!

@aidanmacgregor  Being cut off has always stop outgoing and incoming call.   They are stopping you from using the network because of payment issues.   Incoming calls are still using the network that you’ve been restricting from using until payment has been made.
