New contract different to quote on phone EE called me to offer a cheaper deal

Hi Michael ive just spoke to EE and there £20 per month contract actually costs me £6 as agreed. So its all sorted but still confusing???

Was it the plan itself in the EE app or website that was showing £20?

There is a page which shows the plan itself before any discounts, then the discounts are listed in the plan add-ons.
