Hello.
My EE Pay As You Go SIM is fully restricted.
Credit is available, SMS works, but incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.
Service SMS to 150 / 60071 cannot be sent.
The SIM was inactive for a long time.
I will send the phone number in private message if needed.
Please help me reactivate voice services on this SIM.

In the absence of chargeable usage or top-ups, PAYG lines are hibernated after 179 days. You then have a further 3months to contact EE-CS to reactivate the number and restore credit, before the line is totally disconnected after 273 days.
EE-CS can be contacted on 07953 966150 from any working phone, but there is no access to individual customer accounts on here.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
