I've tried so many times to apply the discount code that I generated today on EE perks. I have generated 2 different codes and neither are working. I have tried on the app itself, the website, incognito mode, and none are working. I have also tried clearing all of my cache and cookies and yet it is still not accepting. I have the same email on both perks and ee. It is saying the code is not valid. This is a phone and SIM contract. It has no discounts already applied. It is a upgrade from the phone I have now and is able to be upgraded now with no fee.
Why is it not working? This is ridiculous, all I want to do is upgrade my phone with the discount but I'm really considering going elsewhere and I've been a customer since 2015!

We certainly don't want you missing out on your Perk discount, so I'm sorry to hear that this is happening when you try and apply this.
I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can get this applied for you when you place your order, or within 30 days of your order being placed.
