Anyone else getting this message as very unhappy with voice & online customer service trying to move from the useless BT onto EE but it appears as bad - disgusted with the UK so called Premier Communications Group - their having a Giraffe?

Update on promised call back today as promised by Darius - Sarah due to cal ref Executive Compaint - not unexpectedly NOBODY HAS CALLED - BT/EE new is worse than the OLD - disgusted loyal customer from the time BT used semaphore ?

Not sure but I was speaking with Darius from BT having been transferred by Barbara from EE billing if that helps - sorry very concerned 79 year OAP on their vulnerable register ??
