Anyone else getting this message as very unhappy with voice & online customer service trying to move from the useless BT onto EE but it appears as bad - disgusted with the UK so called Premier Communications Group - their having a Giraffe?

I,m confused sorry = so if NewEE raised the order to combine all my BT & EE subs into one NewEE All Rounder subscription then I need to check my BT account ??
Help this 79 years OAP to understand please as it appears applying common sense is no good these days ???

Is your query about your EE bill, or your final BT bill?

If it's your EE bill, please call 150 from your EE phone or chat online by pressing 'help' at the bottom of the EE app home screen.

If it's your BT bill, please call 0330 1234 150.
