Unable to activate my TNT Sports subscription

On May 4th 2025 I got a free TNT Sports Subscription following an upgrade. EE sent me a text (from 150) saying to activate, go to link ee.co.uk/tntsports. This is no help whatsover. And states I have nothing to activate. That was on the app, and I have tried on my desktop - no joy. This is now 2 weeks! No help from 150, as I only receive automatic texts. I am not even sure if I have activated it - If I have then surely I would be avle to start TNT. Driving me crazy! Next step is to try phoning - which may take another 2 weeks!!!  ANy help would be appreciated

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I am also having issues with activating my acct. 

My old sky TNT acct is still active despite cancelling this.

The site ee.co.uk/tntsports does not take me to activate the subscription, despite being directed here by a Discovery employee from customer service.

 

They have now asked to go away and investigate and will get back to me.

 

This process should be simple, but clearly that's too much to ask for.

As always, companies like EE promise the world but make it so difficult for customers, even tech savvy ones. I dread to think how someone who struggles with tech and the online world would cope with this.

How long ago did you join EE? 

When you contacted discovery+ did they check the active subscription and advise if this had a cancellation date?
