I have EE sim and broadband. I am paying £150 for both monthly . The service is absolutely rubbish. Phone network doesnt work most of the time and same issue with broadband. I have complained many times and nothing gets done to resolve these issues . How can i get out of these contracts without paying any extra fee? I am paying so much for no service.

Hi @Aaiza

Have you escalated your complaint to the ombudsman.

Alternatively you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and see what they can do.

What mobile and broadband packages do you have. Have you checked the mobile network checker for your mobile https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

Thanks

Hello @Aaiza

Little hint for you next time before having a EE Sim contract is get a PAYG Sim from other Networks before committing therefor you will know what type of Signal you will expect to receive.

Sim card i have  All Rounder iP UnI £86 Plus sim for apple watch.
for broadband i have the smart wifi package.

Different locations . I keep getting txt msgs saying there was an issue in my area that now has been resolved but i am still having problems connecting

Will keep that in mind

@Aaiza  Are these locations a few miles apart is that at least.  Is the Apple Watch when connected to cellular and not connected to the iPhone via Bluetooth having the same issues in these locations.       I’s the iPhone always with you when you are wearing the watch ? If it is and you haven’t turned off Bluetooth then the watch isn’t using cellular it’s using the connection to the iPhone via Bluetooth.    So if the iPhone has a cellular issue the watch might seem it’s got a connection issue also.     I’m trying to find out if it’s a network problem or your iPhone as you say it’s in more than one location.

Have you tried a network reset on the iPhone ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I took my phone down to the EE store , they reset the network twice for me. I recently got my current phone. But same issue with previous phone. I have my iphone with me at all times. When phone is not working i dont get notifications on my watch. Yes the locations are a few miles apart.
